Rente was the 5th exhibition by photographer and director Hick Duarte and featured a series of printed photographs and a VHS recorded film, shown on an old tube television every half hour.

Marcelo Gerab created the soundtrack for this audiovisual narrative by the artist where, in approximately 8 minutes, he portrays his interpretations of themes and playful situations of youth from an equally particular perspective. The sound was developed very closely to the artist, where digital manipulations of acoustic piano cutouts were added to a base of synthesizers and classic electronic drum sounds.
